Which products participate in the program?
Complete labels from individual bottles of any Nestlé® Pure Life® product are eligible - the bottle does not have to mention Go Play! on the label. This includes Nestlé® Pure Life® Purified Water, Nestlé® Pure Life® Natural Fruit Flavored Water Beverages (Splash), and Nestlé® Pure Life® Green Tea Refreshers. What should I do if my local store doesn't sell Nestlé Pure Life products?
If your local store doesn't carry Nestlé Pure Life products you can download a Retailer Product Request letter from the Find Nestlé Pure Life Section and present it to your store manager.
How many Go Play! points per label?
Each label is worth 2 Go Play! points and each school has the opportunity to earn up to 1,000,000 Go Play! points.
What is the Bonus Points program, and how can I get Bonus Points for my school?
The Bonus Points coupon program is over for the 2007-2008 school year. We may repeat bonus points again next year, so keep your eyes on our newsletters after you re-register your school in September for next year!
How do I turn in my Go Play! labels?
The School Champion will receive a Welcome Kit after successfully registering a school in the Go Play! Program. In the Welcome Kit is a label collection box, posters, Official Go Play! Envelopes and Official Affidavits. When your school is ready to mail in collected labels, remove them from the collection box, roll them in bundles of 50, fill out an Official Affidavit, put all the labels and the affidavit into one of the Official Go Play! Envelopes, and mail it in using the shipping labels provided in the Welcome Kit. The envelopes are postage paid, so you don't even need stamps! It is very important to have the Official Affidavit notarized, and filled out completely and correctly. Remember that without these things, your labels will not be included in your points tally. Our Go Play! collection box is full of labels. Can I send it in and get a new box?
No. Please do not mail labels in the collection box! This year, each school receives one collection box and several Official Go Play! Envelopes to mail their labels in.

How can I order additional Go Play! Envelopes?
If you need additional envelopes or affidavits, the School Champion can order them for free from the Go Play! website by visiting the Manage Account section of the site. Allow 2-4 weeks for the new materials to arrive.
Can I mail labels in a "non-official" envelope?
We encourage you to use the Official Go Play! Envelopes we provide so that they will be received properly at our warehouse. If for some reason, you cannot use an Official Go Play! Envelope, you may use a regular envelope. Be sure to write your School ID, School Name and School Address clearly on the envelope and include an Official Affidavit with your labels. If all of this information is not available when the envelope is received at our warehouse your labels will not be credited to your school's total. It is also very important to have the Official Affidavit notarized, and filled out completely and correctly. Remember that without these things, your labels will not be included in your points tally. Why do I need to submit an affidavit and why does it have to be notarized?
Completing the Official Affidavit correctly and including one with each Official Go Play! Envelope submission is critical to the success of your school's participation. The affidavit helps ensure that your school gets accurate credit for all labels submitted.
Your label submission could be disqualified for any of the following reasons:
- Not having the affidavit notarized.
- Not filling in all required information on the affidavit.
- Not submitting the affidavit.
- Having incorrect information on the affidavit.
Each affidavit must:
- Be filled out completely and correctly.
- Include a label total.
- Be signed by the School Champion.
- Be notarized by a Notary Public.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your labels to be applied to your school's point total. Please be sure to write down your shipment tracking number when you mail your envelope to ensure it was received.
How do I redeem my Go Play! points?
You will have two chances to redeem your Go Play! points. Points may be redeemed during Period A (January 21 to February 21, 2008) and during Period B (June 23 to October 1, 2008). During each of these periods, schools can redeem points ONE TIME ONLY from each of our partners – America’s Athletic Source and The Field Trip Factory. Important: ALL unused points during Period B will be forfeited and therefore nonredeemable.
Before each redemption period, the School Champion will be able to log in using his or her school id and password information, and go to the Manage Account section. Here he or she will be able to see how many Go Play! points are available for redemption, and then redeem points for sports gear from America's Athletic Source, LLC or transportation costs towards a health-focused field trip from the Field Trip Factory.
Do the labels expire?
All labels must be mailed in by May 31, 2008 (envelopes must be postmarked no later than May 31, 2008) in order to be valid for the Go Play! program. Schools will have until October 1, 2008 to redeem their Go Play! points. Important: Schools can redeem points ONE TIME ONLY from each of our partners – America’s Athletic Source and The Field Trip Factory. ALL unused points during the final redemption period will be forfeited and therefore nonredeemable.
