Go Play! is a rewards program that helps accredited schools with any grades from K-8 in the United States earn points towards health-focused rewards that help children remain active and healthy while at school. Schools earn points by collecting labels from any Nestlé Pure Life bottled water products. Anyone can lead the program for their school by becoming their school's Go Play! champion - parents, teachers, administrators or volunteers - but only one person can sign up to be their school's Champion.

Nestlé Waters North America is committed to child and family wellness. It created Go Play! to encourage adults and children to make healthful nutrition and beverage choices while leading more active lives. Go Play! program rewards can provide schools with sports gear and transportation costs towards health-focused field trips that help kids learn healthy habits for a lifetime.

Any accredited school in the United States and District of Columbia with any grades from K-8 may participate in the Go Play! Program.

Nestlé Pure Life Go Play! began September 1, 2007, and all schools had to register by March 31, 2008 to be eligible to participate for the 2007/2008 school year.

Nestlé Pure Life Go Play! officially ends May 31, 2008 – all Official Go Play! Envelopes with labels must be postmarked by this date.

Each school that registered by December 31, 2007 received an entry into the Go Play! Sweepstakes for one chance to win a playground from Play & Park Structures (up to $75,000 in value), or one of five first place prizes of 200,000 Go Play! points, or one of five second place prizes of 50,000 Go Play! points. The registration and label collection periods have ended for the 2007-2008 school year.

To find out if your school is registered, click Find a School, in Community Involvement. Enter your city and state or a zip code and mile radius. You will then see a list of registered and non-registered schools in your area.

Only the School Champion can log in to a school's account. You'll need your School ID and password to log in. These are sent to the School Champion in an email upon registration. To request a School ID and password reminder be sent to you, visit the Manage My Account section of the site.

If you did not receive an email with your school ID and password, then your security settings may be blocking it. In order to receive emails from Go Play! add website@goplaylabels.com to your email contacts.

You cannot update your school's information. If you find an error in your school's information on this website, please contact us using the Contact Us link. If you are the School Champion and need to update your information (e-mail address, home address, etc.), you can do that in the Manage Account section.

If you are the School Champion, you can find out your school's points total by logging in to the Manage Account section of the website. Point totals are not "real-time" amounts. If you have just mailed in labels, you will need to wait up to 4 weeks to see your updated tally.

If you are not the School Champion, you can check your school's points by going to the Community Involvement section of the website, and clicking "Find a Local Go Play! School Now". Enter your city and state or a zip code and mile radius and you will see a list of registered and non-registered schools in your area. Select your school from this list and you will see its total Go Play! points. Points totals are not "real-time" amounts. It can take up to 4 weeks from the time labels are submitted, to see a school's updated tally.

If you are no longer going to be the School Champion for your school, you must log in to the Manage Account section of the site and select Transfer Account to a new Champion in the Champion Resources section.

Yes! You can sign up as a School Champion for more than one school.

Ask them to drink any Nestlé Pure Life product and mail you the labels. Then just send the labels to school with your kids or drop them in the Go Play! collection box at their school yourself.

Send your friend a Go Play! email easily by using the Tell a Friend tool in the Champions and Schools section. They will receive an email inviting them to support your school.

You can get great collection ideas and tools for success with the program by exploring the Go Play! Forum and Champions & Schools sections of the website. You can also download a Retailer Product Request Letter that you can send to your local retailer if it doesn't carry Nestlé Pure Life Bottled Water Products.

Complete labels from individual bottles of any Nestlé® Pure Life® product are eligible - the bottle does not have to mention Go Play! on the label. This includes Nestlé® Pure Life® Purified Water, Nestlé® Pure Life® Natural Fruit Flavored Water Beverages (Splash), and Nestlé® Pure Life® Green Tea Refreshers. If your local store doesn't carry Nestlé Pure Life products you can download a Retailer Product Request letter from the Find Nestlé Pure Life Section and present it to your store manager.

The School Champion will receive a Welcome Kit after successfully registering a school in the Go Play! Program. In the Welcome Kit is a label collection box, posters, Official Go Play! Envelopes and Official Affidavits. When your school is ready to mail in collected labels, remove them from the collection box, roll them in bundles of 50, fill out an Official Affidavit, put all the labels and the affidavit into one of the Official Go Play! Envelopes, and mail it in using the shipping labels provided in the Welcome Kit. The envelopes are postage paid, so you don't even need stamps! It is very important to have the Official Affidavit notarized, and filled out completely and correctly. Remember that without these things, your labels will not be included in your points tally. We encourage you to use the Official Go Play! Envelopes we provide so that they will be received properly at our warehouse. If for some reason, you cannot use an Official Go Play! Envelope, you may use a regular envelope. Be sure to write your School ID, School Name and School Address clearly on the envelope and include an Official Affidavit with your labels. If all of this information is not available when the envelope is received at our warehouse your labels will not be credited to your school's total. It is also very important to have the Official Affidavit notarized, and filled out completely and correctly. Remember that without these things, your labels will not be included in your points tally. Completing the Official Affidavit correctly and including one with each Official Go Play! Envelope submission is critical to the success of your school's participation. The affidavit helps ensure that your school gets accurate credit for all labels submitted.

Your label submission could be disqualified for any of the following reasons:

• Not having the affidavit notarized.
• Not filling in all required information on the affidavit.
• Not submitting the affidavit.
• Having incorrect information on the affidavit.

Each affidavit must:

• Be filled out completely and correctly.
• Include a label total.
• Be signed by the School Champion.
• Be notarized by a Notary Public.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your labels to be applied to your school's point total. Please be sure to write down your shipment tracking number when you mail your envelope to ensure it was received.

You will have two chances to redeem your Go Play! points. Points may be redeemed during Period A (January 21 to February 21, 2008) and during Period B (June 23 to October 1, 2008). During each of these periods, schools can redeem points ONE TIME ONLY from each of our partners – America’s Athletic Source and The Field Trip Factory. Important: ALL unused points during Period B will be forfeited and therefore nonredeemable.

Before each redemption period, the School Champion will be able to log in using his or her school id and password information, and go to the Manage Account section. Here he or she will be able to see how many Go Play! points are available for redemption, and then redeem points for sports gear from America's Athletic Source, LLC or transportation costs towards a health-focused field trip from the Field Trip Factory.

All labels must be mailed in by May 31, 2008 (envelopes must be postmarked no later than May 31, 2008) in order to be valid for the Go Play! program. Schools will have until October 1, 2008 to redeem their Go Play! points.
Important: Schools can redeem points ONE TIME ONLY from each of our partners – America’s Athletic Source and The Field Trip Factory. ALL unused points during the final redemption period will be forfeited and therefore nonredeemable.
