Did you claim your 2006/2007 Go Play! Points?

    Did you claim your 2006/2007 Go Play! Points?

    We want to make sure that all of your hard work in the Go Play! 2006-2007 school year program is rewarded. You now have until December 7, 2007 to claim and spend your school's points! Be sure to claim your points and order your school's rewards by 12/7/07 because your school's 2006-2007 points will expire after this date.

     

    Follow these easy steps to redeem your school's points today.

     

    Step 1:

    Claim your school's 2006-2007 Go Play! Points. If you have not mailed in your rewards letter, just contact 1-866-599-8980 for further instructions on how to claim your school's points.

     

    Step 2:

    Once you have claimed your school's points, click here to review and download the Go Play! rewards catalog.

    Step 3:                                                                                                                      Choose the rewards you would like to redeem for and contact one of the following rewards partners to place your order:

    - Sports Gear (America’s Athletic Source) – 1-866-815-2255

    - Healthy Field Trips Bus Transportation (Field Trip Factory) – 1-800-987-6409

     

    Step 4:

    Receive rewards and enjoy watching the students of your school Go Play!

     

    Don't forget to register for Go Play! 2007-2008 school year program.  Registration ends March 31, 2008.  We have made some great program improvements that now give you the power to manage your school's participation online throughout the entire school year.  Click here to register: http://www.goplaylabels.com/Registration/.

    Emails to GoPlay have been bouncing, and the phone hasn't been working either. I get a variety of circuit overload and temporarily out of service messages. Please help.

    I am the Champion for Southwest Elementary in Howell, Michigan and we have yet to recieve our adjusted points letter to CLAIM our rewards from last year. The last communication I have had from GoPlay is in August. Can you please advise. We only had enough points for sports equipment, but already have in excess of 500 labels ready to go for this year, if indeed this is a legitimate fundraiser. We love the water, and use it at all our events, but if we can't cash in on the rewards, then it becomes frustrating. Please advise. Thanks.

    We've registered again this year, but would really like to be credited for last years participation before the deadline ends.

    I am the champion for St. Patricks School in Joliet , Illinois and I was feeling frustrated as well.I was waiting for the order form that never arrived and I called them on Tuesday this week and was able to order over the phone! So my items will be arriving in 2-3 weeks! So give a call to the following number ASAP to order your sports choices 886-815-2255, you can download the go play cataloge from the site to pick out your items. The points are next to each picture. Plus on the last page there are breakdowns of groupings for each point range. I just kept looking until I found an answer as I feared the same thing. We would have lost all those points  and we would have collected for naught!

     

    The only thing i am disappojnted in this yer is that we will not be recieving boxes to put the labels into and that we will need to bundle them into envelopes as I was told on the phone by the customer service rep the other day. Last year was so nice to be able to put the box outside the gym door for sporting events ! The kids would peel the labels an toss them into the box. My fear is that so many labels will be lost! Had i known that this was to change I would have held onto  a box from last year. onto making my own box for collection!!!

    Hi Nickie,

    Thanks for the feedback.  We apologize for the frustration, but are glad to hear that you will receive your rewards soon! 

    You will receive a collection box this year to place in your school.  The difference from last year is that you do not have to ship any boxes back!  This year, we've made it easier to ship your labels by providing you with official Go Play! envelopes.  The cool thing is, you get the keep your box all year around and not have to worry about ordering a new one.

    Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with redeeming your points.  We do appreciate your participation in helping your school earn great rewards.

    At the rate I am having trouble getting anyone to reply from the Nestle 800 number regarding 2006-07 point inquiry, I hope that it is further extended or I will certainly reconsider participating this year.  I have called Nestle four times in the past month as we never received our original OR readjusted points for the 2006-07 school year!  I keep getting a claim number and told to call back the next day but that this office is located elsewhere.  Very frustrating!  And I have called the past three weeks in a row and still have no answer.

    I thought we had lost our points too.

    We got our letter with our points but have not heard anythng since. I've been calling the number to order items and I'm not getting an answer.

    That's great, but I have turned in my redemption letter but have not recieved the information on how to order the equipment.  Can anyone tell me what to do next. I have emailed GoPlay but still have not heard back. Thanks, jmorton@ems-isd.net

    Just call America's Athletic Source at 1-866-815-2255. Just give them the name of your school and they should have your total points to redeem. And they will take your order. To see whats available you can view the catalog on the goplay website. Hope this helps.

    Don't know if you are still having a problem getting through to GoPlay, but I finially received the phone number to America's Athletic Source and placed my order over the phone. They were extremely nice and had my information there regarding how many points my school had collected. We received our items in the mail within 2 weeks. Here is the number in case you still need it.  1-866-815-2255.
